Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Last updated: June 6, 2026
Platrier Venerio ("we") operates platriervenerio.ca. This policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights, in accordance with Quebec's private-sector privacy law (as amended by Law 25).
Information we collect
The only place this site collects personal information is the quote request form:
- name, email, phone, postal code;
- details about your project (type, size, timeline, message);
- photos of the work area, if you choose to attach any.
The site has no user accounts, no newsletter, and no tracking or advertising cookies. Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that collects no personal information.
How we use it
This information is used solely to respond to your request: preparing an estimate, contacting you back, and keeping our business records. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for commercial purposes.
Service providers (including outside Quebec)
- Cloudflare hosts the site and provides anti-bot protection (Turnstile), which processes your IP address and technical browser signals.
- Resend delivers your request by email (servers located in the United States).
- Google (Gmail) hosts the mailbox where your request is received.
By submitting the form, you consent to your information being transmitted to these providers, whose servers may be located outside Quebec.
Retention
Your request is kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle it and maintain our records, then deleted when no longer necessary or upon your request.
Data stored in your browser
The site stores your light/dark theme preference and your in-progress form draft locally (localStorage). This data stays on your device, is never sent to us, and can be removed by clearing your browser's site data.
Security
All exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Mailbox access is restricted to the owner. The form is protected against automated submissions. No publicly accessible database is used.
Your rights
You may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to platriervenerio@gmail.com or calling 819 208-8960. Person in charge of the protection of personal information: Alejandro Venerio.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how your request is handled, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
